Wedding photography example.Your wedding day is one of the biggest of your life and with our help we hope you will have a lasting memory of every second of it. The details given here should answer some of the initial questions you may have.

Please be assured that we take a very personal approach to all our clients and will meet with you face to face to discuss all the details before you are committed to the booking. Where this is not possible we will phone you at a time convenient to you, to discuss every detail.

Booking

How to go about booking our services

To book Niall to attend your wedding day you will first need to contact us. We will check availability for the date you have requested and then, assuming we are available, send you a booking form.

  1. You will need to fill in and return the booking form giving as much detail as possible.
  2. With the booking form you will receive details of all our packages, as well as all the additional options you may require.
  3. On receipt of the booking form we will generate a booking specification and invoice.
  4. We will contact you to arrange a free consultation at a time convenient to you. This is the time where we can discuss every detail of your special day.
  5. You will need to check the booking specification (This can be changed at a later date) and assuming you are happy with the package send us your deposit to secure the booking.

Reviewing

Once your pictures are ready

After the big day we will set about preparing your review package. This will include online previews of all the images taken on the day, a set of SecureView cards for you to send to friends and family and dependant on your package, preview prints, album or CD. We will also include a selection form tailored to your booking. This will need to be completed and returned so we can prepare your album.

  1. We will send you your preview package as soon as it is available. You are then free to review the images in your own time.
  2. If you want to give friends and family access to your SecureView area simply send them a SecureView card.
  3. You will need to return your selection form which will inform us of which images you require for the package you booked. For example the images you would like in your album (If you ordered one.)
  4. You are free to order as many additions at this point as you require. Perhaps a small album for your parents? We will send you an order form for this purpose.

What does it mean?

Q. How long does it take to get the previews back?
A. Depending on the season it can take up to 2 weeks, however we usually have the online previews ready in a few days.

Q. What happens if something goes wrong?
A. We will do everything we can to ensure that all problems are thought out and covered. We strongly suggest however that you take out wedding insurance to cover the unforeseeable.

Q. If I have any questions before the big day can I contact someone?
A. We actively encourage this. You will be given a mobile phone number for Niall, the photographer. You are free to contact him whenever you want.

Q. Will all of this be discussed with me before I commit to the booking?
A. We will do anything we can to make you comfortable and confident that your wedding photography is organised, planned and above all, right for you.
