Booking 'event coverage' through Niall Edwards Photography will provide you with the simplest way of giving your guests the freedom to review and purchase their own prints, without giving you any extra work. The information provided here should answer some of your questions about the service:

Booking

How to go about booking our services

To book 'event coverage' through Niall Edwards Photography you will need to provide details about the event: location, date, time and number of guests. Simply Contact us and we will check availability for the date and time. If we are able to attend we will send you a booking form.

  1. The booking form acts like a questionnaire, asking you about the finer details of your event. Should you want to speak to someone face to face we can arrange a free, no obligation consultation, either by phone or in person - dependant upon location.
  2. Once your booking form is completed, return it to us and we will create a booking specification with all the details of your event. We may contact you to discuss your requirements.
  3. We will send you the booking specification for you to approve. Return it with payment as shown on the included invoice.

Reviewing

Once your pictures are ready

Once your event is over we will set about getting all the photos online for you and your guests to view. During the event each guest will have been given a card with the login details for the SecureView site.

  1. In their own time guests can look at the photos on the website, placing orders using secure online payment facilities.
  2. Should the need arise images can also be purchased using a traditional order form and cheque payment.
  3. The orders are all directly dispatched to guests with no need for you to be involved.
  4. The online previews will be available for a minimum of 2 months after your event.

A. Of course! Every event, by nature is completely different and we want to make sure you are happy with the service you receive.Contact us and we will arrange a meeting.

Q. How much do guests get charged for their prints?
A. Please have a look at the Event Prices. If you would like other sizes available to your guests this can be arranged.
