Digital Photographic Services - Major Restoration Price

Product description

Restoration can be applied to a digital , or traditional image. Better results can be obtained if a print is provided. The service will digitise your image and than restore damaged areas. The service is split into two levels for varying amounts of damage.

After we have restored your image we will either supply you with a CD-Rom containing your image(s) or we will send you prints to your specifications.

Ordering

To order a digital restoration you will need to use the Digital Order Form. Send this form with your image(s) insuring you give as much detail as possible in your instructions.

  1. The form and a £5.00 deposit must be sent with the images to the address shown on the form.
  2. The deposit will cover an assessment of your print and return postage to you of the print should you decide not to go ahead with the Digital Photographic Service.
  3. We will assess your image and instructions to ensure that we can complete the restoration you require.
  4. We will contact you with an order specification (either by email or post) detailing what will be done to your images and the total costs.
  5. Return the confirmation slip with the balance payment.
  6. You will receive your originals and enhanced images by recorded delivery shortly after we have cleared your payment.

Notes

  • Please allow up to 28 days, from return of your order specification, for delivery.
  • You must send any images to Niall Edwards Photography by suitable means. We will not be responsible for items until they are in our possession.
  • At this time we can only dispatch to UK Addresses.
  • CD-Roms can hold a maximum of 20 Enhanced images.

Restoration Levels

 

Level 3

The first level of major restoration, this service will rebuild areas of detail in the surroundings of the subject. Level 3 enables the removal of cracks or rips as well as optimising the colours, sharpness and overall composition of the image.

 

Level 4

The highest level of restoration. This service is capable of replacing the majority of lost detail in areas of complexity such as faces or hands. Includes total optimisation of the image and removal of water marks or stains.
